IN a collaboration aimed at easing the financial burdens of motorists amid the cost-of-living crisis, BookMyGarage.com has announced a new partnership with Breez to reduce annual MOT test costs by using the Breez Go mobile application.

Breez Go users can now book their MOTs directly in the mobile app and receive quotes from a network of thousands of garages country-wide.  This collaboration is set to offer significant cost savings to drivers.

Each year, UK consumers spend over £1.5 billion on MOTs, which are mandatory for most vehicles over three years old.  BookMyGarage users will be able to choose from a network of thousands of garages nationwide. In addition, those who have a monthly subscription to Breez+ will receive a £30 cashback once they have booked and completed their MOT.

The Breez Go mobile app, available to all drivers and cyclists across the UK, encourages sustainable travel by providing users with insight into their travel emissions and rewards them for greener behaviour. Transportation is one of the largest contributors to greenhouse gas emissions in the UK. In fact, road transport alone accounts for around 20% of total UK greenhouse gas emissions.

The Breez Go mobile app plays a crucial role in supporting the UK’s ambition to reach net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. As the government aims to phase out petrol and diesel vehicles by 2035, the Breez Go team is actively helping ICE vehicle owners counterbalance their carbon footprints through global environmental initiatives, including tree planting.

The recent partnership with BookMyGarage, a price comparison platform for online car service bookings, adds another layer of benefits for Breez Go users, further encouraging its mission for a greener world, as well-maintained cars emit lower carbon emissions.
